Exclusive invitation. The 2nd step in Hybrid/Remote Working

Manage Remote Teams works with organisations to empower their teams to thrive in hybrid working environments.

We have Hybrid work implemented already:

Scheduling who works where on what days, was step one. There is a 2nd step if you want to be genuinely successful at hybrid working.

Why is this important for the third sector?

Implementing the 2nd step of hybrid working is essential for the third sector. These organisations will be able to attract and retain top talent, leading to lower turnover rates and reduced recruitment costs. Additionally, it will enhance employee engagement and productivity, strengthening organisational resilience and supporting strategic goals.

What does the programme look like:

  • Independent Benchmarking: Gain a comprehensive understanding of your organisation's current hybrid working landscape through a proprietary assessment that captures insights from all levels, not just senior management.

  • Tailored Training Sessions: Engage in live, interactive Zoom sessions scheduled at multiple times and dates across a 3-month period to accommodate diverse calendars.

  • Strategic Action Plans: Implement actionable strategies that ensure the consistent application of training insights across your organisation, driving meaningful change.

  • Post-Training Evaluation: Assess the impact of the programme with follow-up evaluations to ensure objectives are met and sustained.

  • Guarantee: If you feel the needle has not moved enough after the action plans, we will put everyone back on the training courses again with our compliments

How much does it cost:

We support a Third-Sector Support Initiative whereby most of what we deliver is either with our compliments and/or at a significantly reduced price. We plan to retire the initiative after the next cohort.

Who do we work with?

We have worked with many organisations in the third sector both in the UK and Ireland. Some more recent clients include:

UK: Clydesdale Housing Association, Reachout, The Hygiene Bank, Red kite Housing, Family Lives, Fostering Network, Learning Disability Wales, Age UK

Ireland: Threshold, YMCA, The Irish Landmark Trust, Arts and Disability, Family Resource National Forum, Local Links, numerous FRCs

Objective of the introduction session:

To introduce myself, dive a little deeper into why the 2nd step is so important, what that looks like and answer any questions you might have about the process.

Date: Wednesday 5th of February 10-10.30 am
