Charity obtains internal agreement to proceed (If required)
Charity contacts current donors and invites them to a webinar where Dermot, our CEO, will introduce the programme.
Charity emails prospective donors from their database and invites them to a webinar where Dermot, our CEO, will introduce the programme.
Interested donor organisations can speak directly with Dermot after the webinar for further clarity and then revert to the charity to agree on the donation.
Once the donation is made to the charity, the charity alerts Dermot Dennehy.
Manage Remote Teams liaises with the donor organisation to arrange dates for training.
The programme starts and is managed by Manage Remote Teams.
