Acting as your strategic partner, creator and facilitator, our programme coupled with ongoing support guarantees effective implementation. Through meticulous benchmarking, comprehensive training and action plans, we drive continuous improvement, positioning any organisation as a trailblazer in hybrid working practices, ultimately enhancing their ability to fulfil their mission.
How We Partner with Organisations:
Emerging from the pandemic and navigating ongoing challenges, including the cost of living pressures and the wars in Ukraine/Gaza, has presented both immense difficulties and remarkable achievements. We understand that every organisation is at a unique stage in this journey.
As you take the next step, we offer a flexible programme tailored to your specific needs and budget.
Unlocking Success Through Strategy:
Our Hybrid 2.0 strategy is a comprehensive roadmap comprised of various elements designed to guide your organisation in maximising the benefits of hybrid work over the next three years. This co-created roadmap will facilitate informed decision-making across every department and also help you navigate the path towards becoming an exceptional hybrid employer who drives tangible business success.
Head of Hybrid: Empowering Your Focus:
Our framework simplifies your journey by allowing you to focus on strategic leadership, leaving the operational complexities to us. As your dedicated external partner for all things Hybrid 2.0, I, Dermot Dennehy, CEO of Manage Remote Teams, acts as a seamless extension of your team, collaborating across all levels to co-create, coordinate, and deliver a successful hybrid work strategy.
Benchmarking:
Our proprietary benchmarking process addresses the critical questions senior leaders must have answers to. By anonymously soliciting feedback from managers and employees separately, it encompasses the four primary pillars essential for an organisation to achieve success as an exceptional hybrid employer: Soft Skills, Trust and Productivity, Mental Wellbeing, and People and Culture.
The results are analysed by Dermot Dennehy and the HRD days after completion.
Pre-Training Benchmarking:
This involves a deeper dive for managers and employees into each primary pillar before the training begins. These results are not analysed at this stage but are instead retained for comparison against the post-training/action plan benchmarking to measure progress. We may consider this department specific depending on the management structure.
Our Comprehensive Hybrid 2.0 Training Program:
We offer a structured and engaging training program designed to equip your workforce with the essential skills for thriving in a hybrid work environment.
Key Features:
-
6 mandatory interactive online sessions: Led by experienced facilitators, these one-hour courses delve into our four pillars of successful hybrid work.
-
Tailored for different audiences: We offer separate sessions for managers and employees, ensuring the content aligns with their specific needs and roles.
-
Actionable insights: Packed with practical information and real-world examples, our training goes beyond theory, providing attendees with tangible takeaways they can implement immediately.
-
Manager toolkit: We equip managers with a comprehensive action plan to reinforce key learnings from the training and ensure consistency across the organisation.
Action plans:
Post-training, we provide managers with a thorough action plan to reinforce crucial insights gained from each of the training sessions and maintain uniformity throughout the organisation. These action plans comprise the presentation materials and speaker notes utilised during the training sessions, enabling managers to reference them as they execute the assigned tasks. These tasks, encompassing both personal and team objectives, are conducted concurrently across the organisation within a predetermined timeframe.
Delivery of action plans:
The primary drawback in the training ecosystem lies in the lack of ongoing support for managers after sessions conclude, resulting in inconsistent implementation of acquired knowledge. In contrast, we adopt a unique approach by providing continuous support to ensure the successful delivery of action plans. Each manager receives individual or group live online assistance as they execute an assigned task , guaranteeing effective implementation.
Post-training/action plans benchmarking:
After completing the training sessions and implementing the action plans, we allocate time for assimilation before conducting a re-benchmarking process. This involves revisiting the initial pre-training benchmarking data and comparing it with the latest results to evaluate progress and determine how far the needle has shifted.
All managers will be aware that this will happen and that the company or department will be measured against the pre-action plan benchmarking.
Business case:
The Concealed Costs of Suboptimally Deployed Hybrid Work Practices.
Today's workforce increasingly values flexibility. When implemented effectively, it cultivates an environment of active participation, creativity and outstanding productivity.
We have conservatively estimated that Suboptimally Deployed hybrid Work Practices could cost organisations 10% of their annual salary budget.
